Student Employment at Dawson Co-op
We’re proud to support students across the Peace Region with flexible job opportunities, scholarships, and career development programs designed to help you build real-world skills and long-term success.
High school students can gain valuable workplace experience at our Food Store, Gas Bar, and Home & Agro Centre.
Student Retention Bonus
We set aside $50 per month for every month you work with us and present it to you upon graduation — a reward for balancing work and school.
Scholarships
We award annual $1,000 scholarships to graduating high school students in Dawson Creek, Chetwynd, and Tumbler Ridge. Student employees receive priority consideration, especially those pursuing trades, agriculture, cooking, business, or construction.
We offer flexible part-time, summer, and practicum opportunities across:

We also support students at Northern Lights College through dedicated awards and local career partnerships.
