In keeping with the requirements of British Columbia’s Pay Transparency Act, Dawson Co-op has published its annual Pay Transparency Report. This report supports greater transparency around workplace compensation practices and reflects our ongoing commitment to creating an equitable and inclusive workplace environment for all employees.
The Pay Transparency Act was introduced by the Province of British Columbia to help address systemic gender-based pay gaps and encourage open, fair, and transparent compensation practices across workplaces in the province.
